Well lets see what have we been up to since my last post.
On Thursday Oct 9 i took CF to the park to play with one of her friends which CG was in preschool. They had a great time playing together (like always). She was able to do things at the play ground that i figured she was still too little to do. For example, climb the "rock wall" in one of the pictures below. Yea she climbed that thing over and over all by herself!
On Saturday the 11th we had a good visit with my friend Megan and her sweet baby girl Skarlett. We enjoyed having them over and catching up. CG got to hold Skarlett for a good while and she loved it! She is always telling us that she wants a baby at our house again... We keep saying haha sorry girl, you already have a little sister. Yea thats right we arent planning on having anymore babies
On Saturday we also did some car shopping. We weren't looking to buy, just getting an idea of what was out there, and prices. We ran into a couple that we were intested in. Did some phone calls and some test driving.... and sure enough on Sunday we bought this.....
Yea can you believe it? We bought MINI-VAN! And we LOVE IT! It is a 2004 Honda Odyssey, its very nice, and very roomy. I know i know im too young to be a soccer mom, but i must admit I love the van! We are truly blessed to have it. And the girls love it too. CG is soo excited that she got a carseat that uses the "real seatbelt" and she can buckle herself up. CF loves that she can see out of the windows so well.
Now we have our 2001 Honda Accord up for sale. We love this car, it has been a wonderful car with no problems what so ever, however we decided to sale it in order to get the wonderful Van.
On Tuesday, My mother in law drove me to pick up our new van.On Thursday the 16th CG's preschool had Cow girl, and Cow boy day. They were suppose to dress up as a cow girl/boy and they had a school bon fire/cookout. CG signed up to bring desert so this is what she made...
Yes, she picked out what she was making and she helped stir and bake. She had so much fun helping and couldnt want to take her goodies to school. Look what a cute cowgirl she makes.
On Friday the 17th we had a VERY LONG DAY! My Mom was at my house at 610 and we left at 615 AM to head to Vandy for the day. CF had a MRI appt. at 830AM , and had to be there no later than 730AM to be prep. for the MRI. So we arrived at Vandy about 715 got signed in , and her and i went back. They had to try for her IV 3 times, finally worked and off for testing she went. Her MRI lasted from 845-945. I got paged that she was done and back i went again. Poor thing looked so drugged and pitaful. Luckly it wore off fairly quickly. We are still waiting to hear results on the MRI. Since CF has seizures this will be a yearly thing she does. Matt and I don't enjoy this by any means, but we have peace about it. They just want to make sure her brain cont. to grow properly, and develops properly, and they nothing changes with it.Then at 1245 CG had an Appt. with a GI Specialist. She has been having Lots of tummy problems so her pediatrician (who is WONDERFUL) decided this was best. The Dr. checked her over, she talked to me, and decided to do a few test. 1) Draw blood work to run all kinds of test including testing for Celica Disease. 2) Do an ultrasound of her Gallbladder, Liver, Kidneys, and Bladder. So after all of that it was 3pm before we left, like i said not a bad day... just long :-)
This was the girls playing before CF's MRIOn Saturday the 18th we went to our friend Madie's 1st Birthday Party. The girls had a great time! They played games, ate pizza, and Cupcakes. Madie opened up presents, and we all just hung out and talked and celebrated.

Today was Gymnastics day. Tonight and tomorrow night we have our last two ball games. and CG goes to the farm tomorrow with her preschool. More pictures from this week to come with the next post. Sorry this post was so long.. .lots to update on :-) Hope all is well and dont forget it is ok to comment :-)P.S. We got a call from CF's MRI- Everything is normal~ Yea! I figured it would be but it is nice to have it confirmed!!
And we got a call on CG's test from Friday~ Everything in her ultrasound looks normal which is soo good, but we have to go back to Vandy tomorrow after her School so they can draw blood to redo the blood work test... her blood clotted before it got tested(yea someone didnt do something right) so they have to start all over... but we should have results in a couple of days
